Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down anytime from Plan and usage in Trellisly. Changes show on your next bill.
How do we cancel?
From Plan and usage in Trellisly, anytime. Canceling stops your next renewal. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
How do yearly plans work?
Yearly plans are paid up front for the full year at a two months free price. You can turn off renewal anytime and keep access for the rest of the year. Because of the discount, yearly plans aren't refunded partway through.
What counts as a person?
Anyone on your team's People list. Clients who only use your client portal don't count.
What does "billed by use" mean for the CRM?
Sending texts, making calls, sending email and AI replies each cost a small amount per use, added to your monthly bill. We'll show you the rates and help you set a budget.
Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
Yes, for churches, ministries and registered nonprofits. Apply here, or request it from Settings once you're in. We confirm your status, then apply the discount.
