You own it
Your organization owns everything you put in Trellisly. We store and process it only to run the service. We never sell data or use it for advertising.
Locked to your organization
Every record is tied to your organization, and the database itself checks who's allowed to see it on every request, not just the app.
Encrypted
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email, so there are no passwords to steal or reuse.
Private means private
Private prayer requests and private check-in answers are visible only to the people they're shared with. Faith information is never sent to other tools.
AI only when you say so
AI features are off until an admin turns them on. Text you choose to send is processed by Anthropic's Claude, which does not use it to train its models. You review everything before it's saved.
Support access you control
Our team can help inside your workspace only while support access is on. Owners can turn it off anytime, and every support visit is logged where your admins can see it.
Files stay private
Files attached to deliverables are stored privately and opened through links that expire after a few minutes.
Take it with you
Admins can export your organization's data to a spreadsheet anytime. Ask us to delete your data and we will.
Payments
Billing runs through Stripe. Card numbers go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
